Survey Select Expert full license pricing includes: 1 license (software installed on one desktop), 24/7 web-based self-running tutorial and 60-minutes of phone training, 1 hour of toll-free technical phone support, unlimited e-mail and fax support for the life of the product.

Annual Maintenance Subscription includes: Our technical phone support staff will troubleshoot technical issues you are facing and let you know how to work with our software. This does not involve the completion of the actual data or file manipulation which would be considered consulting. Technical support does not include the training of new users of the software. Additional training is available.
